I like to play and dance in the rain!
This was in the Dominican Republic with my friend Krystyn. It was pouring, which I guess is rare in Santo Domingo. Krystyn wanted to go play in the rain. At first, I thought she was crazy but then I realized I hadn’t washed my hair in three days, at that time we didn’t have running water where we were staying and it kind of looked like fun! So, I decided to join her! It was fun dancing in the rain in the middle of the street. I’m pretty sure the neighbors thought we were crazy but it was worth it. My hair felt cleaner and it was 5 minutes of carefree fun after a lot of very tough moments in the days before.
My advice to you… if you are having a tough day and it’s raining, go dance in the rain!
